After graduating with a master's degree in sports management from Baylor University in Texas, USA, I was very lucky to stay in the international sports business. Most importantly, I got the chance to work with many of the greatest bodies and sharpest minds in the sports world.

I worked at Yao Ming's sports agency in the USA and in China. After that, I worked at Anta Sports Products as director of the basketball division for 10 years. Thereafter, I became the GM of Rigorer sports products where I signed Austin Reaves of the Los Angeles Lakers.

During my past positions, I got phone calls in the middle of the night from all-star NBA players complaining their shoes had ripped apart at practice. I had to take the shoes to the factory the next morning and learned how to make shoes myself in order to precisely understand where the problems were and to fix them.
